I offer 1:1 integrative therapy. This means I use a range of approaches, including psychodynamic (thinking about childhood relationships and patterns), person-centred (centring your experience and sensations), and creative (using music and arts where appropriate). I use a variety of interventions including mindfulness and grounding, to help us explore things that may be difficult to talk about directly.

Usually, therapy begins with a set of six sessions to get to know each other and develop the therapeutic relationship. After these sessions, we will check in about how you would like to continue. My work is open ended and focused not on quick-fix solutions, but thinking about deeper underlying patterns and challenges, meaning that this process can take time.

I audio-record my sessions for my own practice, to ensure that I am reflecting objectively on our sessions, and work closely with a supervisor, in accordance with UKCP and BACP ethical practice.

Sessions cost £80/hour.

“Complex life events cannot always be understood through talking about what happened in reality talk, because the full impact can only be described and contained through metaphor, imagery, myth and story, or sometimes play without words”
